Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care

Privacy Policy

A movement built on consent should treat your data the same way. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.

Last updated: 2026. This policy covers robinblackstone.com, operated by Blackstone Health, LLC / Blackstone Press.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you sign the pledge or join our list, that’s typically your name, email address, and optionally your ZIP code, region of health, affiliation, and any message you write. If you take the culture survey, we collect the answers you provide. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, medical records or protected health information.

How we use it

To keep you informed about Doctor AI, Health 4.0, and the movement; to invite you to take part (Circles, events, the pledge); and, in aggregate and de‑identified form, to understand how culture and environment shape health. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Who helps us process it

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and our email — for example, Mailchimp to manage our mailing list and send messages, and our website host. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms; they are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Email & your consent

We email you only because you asked us to. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — it takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information.

A note on health information

This site is educational and is not a place for clinical care. Please don’t send personal medical details through our forms or email. The culture survey is a research and educational instrument, not a medical assessment, and any future personal health features would be offered only with your separate, explicit consent.

Cookies & analytics

We may use basic, privacy‑respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). We do not use this to identify you personally. Embedded players (podcast, Substack) and any future store may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and unsubscribe from email, at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the project grows; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
